Welcome to Shasta Water's website, designed to help you understand more about your water and its importance to your well-being! Our bodies can contain as much as 60% water, and water intake is crucial to our survival. Drinking enough healthy water can be very good for you.
Although our service area is currently limited to areas of southern Missouri, the basic principles of water quality apply to most potable water sources. If you use chlorinated city water, a private well, or even a natural spring, you will find useful information here by using our Initial Info Form. Your private answers will be reviewed prior to the first phone call, so we will have a head start toward improving your water quality!

“RO” filtration is the starting point for most premium bottled water. With a dedicated faucet, you can enjoy purified water in your own home for drinking, ice, beverages, cooking, even aquariums and car batteries! Systems can be rented or purchased.

Softeners and conditioners typically treat all the water in the home to reduce the effects of minerals and contaminants found in some water sources. Water can become more enjoyable through treatment, reduce soap needs and lengthen the service life of water-using appliances.

“UV” systems use light frequencies to sterilize potentially harmful organisms found in some waters (a bad bacteria test). A steady source of electrical power, along with annual bulb and pre-filter services are required.
